DRUG ABUSE

WHY? WHY DRUGS? WHY INTOXICANTS? You may feel this doesn't concern you, you may feel casual towards this, but do you really have a clean conscience?, do you really not play a part in this field?, do you really expect you're doing your best to eschew this? Questions are asked "toned" answers are given. Addiction is a disease caused by concurrent engagement in a particular thing, aptitude, exercise, work, behaviour and basically "intake". It affrights me when drugs and alcohol are mentioned in the same body of a sentence with teenagers and adults. Affliction, calamity, disaster, madness, cruelty, disorderliness, dis-engagement, quietus, demise, death, Mislay, ambition-less, catastrophic ends, these are very very minute in what these things bring at the end, at what they cause in a human's life, at their peak, all hope is lost. We all think "I don't take drugs, i don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't take highing essence" but we are the continual influence to those who indulge in these scurvy and despicable acts. It's been said over and over and over again the danger accompanied with all these things, the consequences of taking these abominations, the nemesis for having them in our system. Scientifically, religiously, socially, experience, learning, educationally, spiritually, they've explained and enumerated the reasons we shouldn't be taking them. A deaf ear will be turned if I decide to explain them again the conclusion in your minds will be "I've seen this before, I know about this, nothing has been happening to me since I've been taking it, I feel good whenever I do it, I feel high when I do it, you're talking nonsense", sober conclusions. If you're a teenager I have an advice to give you, fear for your life, if you don't fear for you family, -your mother who nurtured you till this time how do you expect her to feel if eventually you need a heart or kidney or liver transplant? huh?, -your father who spends every single day of his life trying to make a better world for you, to make you bigger than he could ever be, to make you more and more successful than he could ever imagine,making unimaginable sacrifices for your sake, how do you expect him to feel?, -you have siblings,brothers, sisters, if you're exposed to the world as a drug addict or an alcoholic how do you expect them to face the world?, how do you expect them to respect you?, how do face them?, starting from uncles to aunts, cousins to friends, nephews to niece, grandparents to guardians, you will become an out-cast. Then WHY? why do it when it leads to total failure and demise. -If you don't fear family fear the society for there is no war tougher than that of the society, and if you seem to scale through that too then -fear GOD, for he created you and gave you life and he breathed into you a soul to live and he gave you your organs to survive, he gave you bountiful food to sustain, and yet you want to be ungrateful to him by killing yourself slowly? Think again, oh dear brother and sister, do think again! For there is no sin higher than suicide in the face of GOD. You think your problems are insurmountable? huh?, you're mistaken, go to Syria, Isreal, countries that are presently facing life and death everyday then you'll know your problems are just a tittle in reality. One last thing, although most of us may not indulge in this but we play a vital part in this game, at least we know of people who indulge in this acts, we should sit them down talk to them, educate them, induce them, re-shape them and then you know you've done your part even if they still don't change.
